These mini sessions are the perfect way to commemorate a lot of hard work! Whether you’re a grad missing out on what should have been your best year of high school, or a dancer who should have been performing in shows and competitions this Spring.

These are private sessions to show off your talent and hard work with an outdoor dance mini. Or show off that grad outfit, with a fun, professional session that will allow you to celebrate your 2020 grad in style! Cap and Gown photos also welcome!

(Please note that while we welcome smoke bombs, balloons, etc for sanitary reasons, props will have to be provided by you, unless its something we can sanitize (skirts/fabrics)

Where would you like your session?

Let us know where you'd like to have your session! If you don't have any ideas for session location, you can let us know and Adrienne can suggestion some options for you. Locations must be in places where we can all be safely socially distant - these can even be porch sessions or in your own backyard!

Locations more than 30 minutes outside of the studio area (24th ave & King George in Surrey) may require an additional travel fee due at the time of your session. Adrienne will let you know if this may be a possibility based on your choice once she's in contact about scheduling. Location may be dependent on accessibility factors due to any lingering restrictions once we are able to do these sessions. These sessions are not currently transferable to indoor sessions.

Scheduling

Please let us know if you have a specific timeline you'd like to try for (a specific season, date, month etc). Sessions will be on sale from now until July 31st 2020 and bookable until September 1st 2020. Available dates are subject to Adrienne’s availability and current schedule although with enough warning we're quite flexible.

Would you like to organize a firm date now (which can be moved if need be due, to health official's guidelines or other circumstances) or would you like Adrienne to check in with you at a later date.

Sessions are weather permitting and will be postponed if the weather is not cooperating (payments will be transferable). If we need to reschedule due to poor weather, we should contact you via

Payment Information

Sessions must be paid for in full at purchase, via credit card or e-transfer. We cannot hold spots without the payment.

Payments are non-refundable, but are transferable if session must be rescheduled due to weather or illness. Sessions should be rescheduled by September 1 2020 ( If for any reason due to changes in Covid-19 restrictions sessions cannot be completed by September 1 2020, adjustments will be made to expiry date). Payments are non-refundable for cancellations and no shows.

If paying via e-transfer: Send to info@geminivisuals.com. Our account is auto-deposit, but if it asks for a password please use GEMINI. (Grad sessions come to $250, or $300 if adding an additional subject. Please make sure to send the correct amount.)
